Kim Kardashian Stuns in Custom Schiaparelli at 2023 Met Gala

Contrary to all the rumors, Kim Kardashian made the 2023 Met Gala invite list and has arrived on the red carpet. The Skims business mogul has another attention-grabbing ensemble as she walks the red carpet in a custom Schiaparelli gown lined with pearls. Kardashian's daughter, North West, was right beside her for the first time ever, which was a surprise to say the least. 

Leading up to tonight’s Met Gala, the guest list discussion was less about who would be in attendance and more about who wouldn’t be. In March, word got out that Vogue’s Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour would be tightening up the gala’s guest list. Given their reality star beginnings, there was much speculation that the Kar-Jenner clan, who attended last year’s Met Gala, would no longer make the cut.

Much of this was directed toward Kardashian, who not only sparked public outrage for damaging Marilyn Monroe’s gown in 2022, but was allegedly blacklisted from the event prior to marrying her now ex-husband, Ye. Despite TikTok’s brouhaha at her possible exclusion, Kardashian was in attendance after all.

Kardashian’s Met Gala attire is predictable in that it is usually long, form-fitting, and elegant. Though, there are infinite ways of doing this, as the megastar proved again tonight.
