Jeremy Scott and Winnie Harlow Join 'Making the Cut'
Two big names in fashion, designer Jeremy Scott and model Winnie Harlow, join the panel of judges for the Amazon Prime fashion reality show.
Fashion competitions never fail to bring fun, inspiration, and of course the art of fashion design to their viewers. If you've missed Making the Cut do not fear: the show's second season will be coming to Amazon Prime July 16. The team of judges, creatives, and presenters are most impressive, including Heidi Klum, Tim Gunn, Jeremy Scott (Creative Director of Moschino), and model Winnie Harlow, among others.
This season, 10 designers who already have established brands will compete against one another in a test of their skills. According to WWD, most contestants are from the U.S., however, some have traveled a notable distance, such as from India, Colombia, and Poland, for the competition.
The prize? In addition to having their pieces on Amazon Fashion, the winner will receive one million dollars. If those prizes aren't alluring enough, the bonus of being challenged, and pushed as an artist are awarded to all.
With complications of the pandemic, the show has some changes from last season in which the competitors traveled the world. Instead, the new season was filmed at the private location of the Calamigos Ranch in Malibu, California.
Though changes have been made, the core of the show remains the same. The grandiose production with hit runway moments and breathtaking scenery are only the begining of what this new season holds.
