Jay Chou is the New Global Ambassador of Dior Men

Singer Jay Chou called the king of Mandopop, has been named global ambassador for Dior Men. Chou, also famous as a singer-songwriter, director, and actor, is one of the most popular figures in the Chinese-speaking world, with over 30 million records sold. Dior states that he "embodies the spirit and uniqueness of the Dior style, a modernity with a timeless signature," thus celebrating "the special bonds that unite Dior and culture in all its forms." Last year, Chou recorded scenes for a music video in the warehouse for Samaritaine Paris—another LVMH-owned company—causing social and online buzz in China.

As an actor, Chou is known for his role in The Green Hornet in 2011 and Now You See Me 2 in 2016. Also active on Instagram with 8.6 million followers, he was the global cover star of L'OFFICIEL exclusively wearing Kim Jones's designs for Dior Men.

Jay Chou will be alongside a large group of ambassadors, including Robert Pattinson, the K-pop singer Jimin of BTS, the footballer Kylian Mbappé, the K-pop quintet Tomorrow x Together (TXT), and Pierre Casiraghi, the Monegasque nobleman and nephew of Grace Kelly.
