Here Are Coachella 2024’s Best Celebrity Looks
Coachella 2024 is in full swing, with all of your favorite celebrities and stars gracing the festival in their best desert-inspired looks.
Just east of Palm Springs lies Coachella Valley, home to one of the world’s most well-known music festivals, Coachella (formally known as Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival). With Coachella 2024 in full swing, there are a number of us who make it an annual tradition to view and swoon over the sartorial choices of celebrities. The desert-like glam of the star-studded festival paves the way for our favorite celebs to shed their gowns and evening wear in exchange for bohemian-inspired sun dresses and alluring western-inspired ensembles.
Of course, influencers and Hollywood stars showed up to Coachella in an array of California-chic looks. Megan Fox arrived in the desert sporting an oversized Nirvana graphic tee and leather jacket, along with a pair of sexy over-the-knee patent boots. Movie star and man of the moment Barry Keoghan arrived at a bash thrown by Celsius in a simple white tee and plaid patterned shorts with a cool pair of shades to finish off the look.
A few powerhouse performers at the festival also used their stage time to show their dressing chops, with Sabrina Carpenter’s golden mini-skirt and jacket combo and Shakira’s stunning shredded dress being just a few examples.
On Day Two of Coachella, celebrities, influencers, and performers showed no signs of the infamous Coachella fatigue. On April 13, high-profile guests continued to bring their best looks, as seen in Amelia Gray's It Girl take on denim shorts and loafers, and Reneé Rapp's baby pink soccer jersey, for a flirty twist on blokecore fashion. Day Two also featured some of our favorite artists, with performances by Ice Spice—who wore a sultry black lace bodysuit—and K-Pop girl group, Le Sserafim—who donned black leather mini skirts and shimmery silver tops for their high-energy performance.
The fashion scene at the second weekend of Coachella proved to be equally stylish, as many who performed, including Sabrina Carpenter, Anitta, and Tinashe, stunned in their glamorous ensembles that were expressive of their personalities as performers. For her Weekend 2 set, Carpenter wore a baby blue and white lace dress with a matching cool leather jacket over top, paired with a gorgeous pair of bedazzled platform boots. Carpenter's sartorial choices for performances usually deliver doll-like glamour that's feminine, fun, and flirty. Anitta and Tinashe decided to bring alluring looks to the stage. Anitta donned a skin-bearing ensemble that features leather accents on the top and rocked a pair of leather shorts to match. The Brazilian singer decided to accessorize the look with a collection of heavy silver chains. Tinashe suited up with an eye-catching three-piece ensemble along with a pair of sneakers. While the outfit leans more casual, a suit-inspired look communicates the cool-girl aesthetic Tinashe is known for.
Festival dressing has had a long and illustrious history, with Coachella being one of the many festivals that showcase the subculture of festival fashion. In the past, we've seen a myriad of looks that have featured long, flowy maxi dresses, flared pants, and headbands at Coachella, and then, for a while, celebs who attended the festival transitioned to more muted and simple clothing choices. However, with bohemian fashion having a resurgence, many are transitioning back to that hipster style we know and love Coachella for.
