Slimane is leaving the creative helm of Celine after seven years.

Slimane, known for his elegance and refined French taste, previously led creative efforts at Yves Saint Laurent and Dior Homme. After seven transformative years at <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion-week/celine-spring-summer-2025-pfw-paris-fashion-week-looks" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Celine</a>, where he expanded the brand into menswear and beauty, he is now saying goodbye.
"The House of Celine announces the departure of Hedi Slimane, Creative and Artistic Director of the Image since January 2018. Under his creative and artistic direction, Celine has experienced exceptional growth and has established itself as an indispensable French couture house. Hedi Slimane's holistic vision, his exactingness and rigor have made it possible to redraw the codes of Celine while maintaining its feminine and Parisian identity.
