Hailey Bieber Recreates Carmen Electra's Look for 2023 Halloween Costume

Hailey Bieber knows how to put together a viral Halloween costume.

On Saturday night, Bieber unveiled her latest look — displaying her 2023 Halloween costume as Carmen Electra from Scary movie. Recreating the iconic stab scene, she wears nothing but a custom white Victoria's Secret lace bra and matching panty, styled by Dani Michelle. She also included a photo of her wearing a brown lob wig, a white cardigan top, and holding a house phone.

She gives a straightforward caption, writing, "SCARY MOVIE!!!"

The Carmen Electra costume comes after a string of Halloween outfits Bieber has unveiled the past week. She first kickstarted Halloween early posing in two different costumes that she included in an October photo dump post on Instagram.

In one photo, Bieber is dressed as a sultry vampire. She gives it a high-fashion edge, donning a red bustier with a black lace overlay, a fur micro mini skirt, and black lace thigh-high stockings. She kept accessorizing minimal showcasing nothing but a bloodied three-pearl strand choker. And as expected from any vampire, she was found with a drip of blood coming from her glossed lips.

She then is posed in another photo wearing a costume on the complete opposite end of the spectrum. Bieber gives major Rachel Green from Friends energy as she wears a black turtleneck, plaid mini skirt, white socks, and black loafers. She smiles while holding a mug that could be a soup bowl — very much "a day at Central Perk" vibes if we say so ourselves.

But the costumes didn't even end there. Bieber also did a couple's costume with her husband Justin Bieber. The two have become infamous for dressing as if they're going to opposite places while attending the same event, but it seems like Halloween is the one time they can actually be in sync. 

For their 2023 Halloween costume, the Biebers transformed into sexy Flintstones. Bieber was a vision as Pepples, wearing latex versions of the cartoon character's signature lime green top and teal bloomers. For the top, she opted for a crop top style with a black half-moon pattern, and, on the bottom, she went for a blue, figure-hugging miniskirt with a jagged hemline. Completing the look was her red bob wig, white heels, and "B" encrusted necklace.

Justin on the other hand kept it minimal, emulating Bamm-Bamm Rubble. He went shirtless, with nothing more than animal-printed fabric around his waist and a backward baseball cap.

In an interview with GQ, Bieber recently talked about the couple's uncoordinated outfits. 

"It’s so funny because I see so many people talk about this," she said, later explaining that Justin typically gets dressed first. "He may want to wear baggy sweats to dinner, and I might want to wear a tiny little dress just because that’s how I’m feeling," she continued. "We can’t sit there and be like, ‘So I’m going to wear this and you’re going to wear this.’"
