Gucci’s Latest Campaign Stars Faye Dunaway and SoKo
The campaign for Gucci’s Sylvie bag has just been released and it's as iconic as the bag itself. Starring award-winning actress Faye Dunaway and French singer SoKo, we’re given an inside look into a magical, Guccified Hollywood lifestyle complete with wide avenues, sun-drenched palm trees, Rodeo Drive shops and gated communities. The women play a grandmother/granddaughter duo who, despite their difference in age and taste, share a mutual love for the Sylvie bag.
The bag is clearly in its natural element here and appears to be a constant presence as Faye and SoKo go about their days of autograph signing, shopping, lounging and tennis playing. The story reaches its climax when, finally, the bag is passed from mother to daughter – a heritage between generations.
