Valentino Goes Deliberately Feminine for Fall 2018
For fall 2018, Valentino was a school theater production in the vision of Pierpaolo Piccioli.
For Valentino, it appears that this season's main motif was the flower: dresses with frills resembling petals, hood-tulips, and prints in the form of giant flowers were all on display during the house's fall 2018 show.
The look was deliberately feminine, reminiscent of costumes and props from the school theater. But there were other outfits, of course: trouser suits of bright colors and classic dresses destined for the red carpet.
