The 2024 <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/politics-culture/eileen-gu-pro-skiing-beijing-olympics-2022-china" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Olympics</a> are just around the corner, and ahead of the athletic excitement, fans are equally as curious about the unique uniforms each team is slated to sport. This year, the seventeen-day event will be held in none other than the <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/travel-living/paris-restaurants" target="_blank" rel="noopener">City of Light</a>, spanning 329 events across 32 sports. Still, while the Olympic Games have long been a stage for athletic prowess, the <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/photo-history-team-usa-olympic-uniforms-ralph-lauren-halston-levi-strauss" target="_blank" rel="noopener">teams&rsquo; fashion statements</a> are gaining increasing attention. Of course, they don&rsquo;t steal the spotlight from the athletes themselves, but we well-versed fashion enthusiasts can&rsquo;t help but pay close attention to the works of renowned designers for this illustrious event. Who could forget <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion-week/ralph-lauren-spring-summer-2024-nyfw-runway-images" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Ralph Lauren&rsquo;s</a> distinctively preppy uniforms for <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/pop-culture/2020-tokyo-olympics-recap-team-usa-best-moments" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Team USA&rsquo;s</a> 2008 Summer Olympics look?
With the <a href="https://olympics.com/en/paris-2024" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Paris Olympics</a> looming, we can&rsquo;t wait to see the teams&rsquo; fashion flourish. As with every Olympic event, a diverse array of fashion houses and designers have been tasked with <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/fashion-labels-designed-olympic-uniforms-ralph-lauren" target="_blank" rel="noopener">crafting the uniforms</a> worn by <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/beauty/most-beautiful-women-olympians-serena-williams-simone-biles-maria-sharapova" target="_blank" rel="noopener">athletes</a> from around the world, adding a touch of sartorial excellence to the grand event. But who are the creatives behind this year&rsquo;s participating teams? L&rsquo;OFFICIEL rounds up the fashion brands and designers designing the Olympics 2024 uniforms.

As the latest <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/olympic-games-2024-louis-vuitton-trunks" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Olympic</a> team to unveil masterfully designed uniforms, the Czech athletes are sure to be among the best dressed in ultra-chic, yet functional pieces by Czech designer Jan Čern&yacute; of Jan Soci&eacute;t&eacute;.&nbsp;
"It is a great honor for me to be able to create a collection for the Czech Olympic and Paralympic teams. It is a beautiful coincidence that it is for the Games being held in Paris, a city which I have a very close relationship with. That is why I tried to connect these two cultures and find a link between them that would also appear in the collection," said Čern&yacute;.&nbsp;
Featuring contemporary blue and white-flecked trench coats, polo shirts, and lightweight trousers, the uniform blends the team's Czech heritage with the style traditions of <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/travel-living/paris-tourist-sites-featured-at-the-olympic-stadiums-2024" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Paris</a>, where the Olympics are being held and the site of Čern&yacute;'s formative years as a young designer. The coats also fuse French and Czech traditions, as they draw on the French appreciation for the <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/shopping/trench-coats-fall-style-shopping" target="_blank" rel="noopener">trench coat</a> and simultaneously represent the baloň&aacute;k, a quintessential Czech-style overcoat.&nbsp;
"Whatever the concept, the most important thing is that the collection makes the athletes feel good and represents the young contemporary design that is emerging in the Czech Republic. I think it is extremely important that we, as a small country, can have a distinctive but very contemporary and relevant look and draw attention to ourselves," Čern&yacute; continued. "I am looking forward to seeing how the collection will look in the environment of Paris&mdash;the city of fashion&mdash; compared to the collections of other countries."&nbsp;
Woven from innovative cooling yarn in deep <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/royal-blue-color-trend-spring-summer" target="_blank" rel="noopener">royal blue</a>, dark crimson, and stark white, the polo shirt jersey offers wearers a structured, breathable fit perfect for athletes, whether they're in the middle of a match or accepting a medal following a triumphant victory.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Ahead of the FIFA Women's World Cup in 2023, Prada unveiled its official partnership with China's Women's National Football Team. So, needless to say, the brand will take the helm of designing the team's attire for the foreseeable future. In a release, Prada said, &ldquo;The China Women&rsquo;s Football Team has forged a global reputation and is a source of inspiration for young female athletes, focusing public and institutional attention on a democratic and inclusive sport." Stay tuned for snapshots of the team's official uniform for the Olympics, though based on their <a href="https://wwd.com/fashion-news/fashion-scoops/prada-chinese-womens-national-football-team-new-outfit-1236166604/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">look for the Year of the Dragon</a>, the team will likely be dressed in black, blue, and red at this year's events.&nbsp;

Though St&eacute;phane Ashpool is taking charge of Team France's Olympics 2024 uniforms, French luxury brand Berluti is designing the team's outfits for the opening ceremonies of both the Olympic and Paralympic Games. The team will be dressed in blue custom-tailored tuxedos, embodying <span style="background-color: transparent; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit; font-style: inherit; font-variant-ligatures: inherit; font-variant-caps: inherit; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: 0px;">the elegance and sophistication synonymous with French style. These impeccably crafted ensembles reflect Berluti's dedication to fine craftsmanship and attention to detail, ensuring that Team France makes a striking impression as they enter the global stage.&nbsp;

Just last week, Nike revealed that it will design the Olympic uniforms for Team USA's track and field athletes. Dressed in the USA&rsquo;s national colors, the track and field kits featured a tank top, paired with shorts and snug sports bottoms for men and women, respectively. Since the release, the sportswear brand received <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/nikes-team-usa-womens-uniforms-2024-4" target="_blank" rel="noopener">heavy online criticism</a> for the women's "skimpy" attire. So, there's a possibility Nike will make some adjustments accordingly.&nbsp;

In collaboration with French sportswear brand Le Coq Sportif, Pigalle founder St&eacute;phane Ashpool was tasked with designing the French Olympic team's uniforms for both the Olympic and Paralympic games. Ashpool designed the team's kits for all 60 disciplines it's set to participate in.&nbsp;

In December of 2023, Belgian equestrian and fashion designer Alexa Fairchild that she designed Belgium's Paris Olympics 2024 uniforms. The 29-year-old designer expressed her pride in unveiling the designs, highlighting their unique perspective infused with elements from the equestrian world.

Though <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/every-look-ralph-lauren-spring-summer-2022-runway-photos" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Ralph Lauren</a> has been Team USA's official outfitter since 2008, the USA Olympic Golf Team's uniform will be crafted by Swedish brand J. Lindeberg this year. True to patriotic spirit, the uniforms feature the United States' national colors: red, white, and blue. In a&nbsp;slight departure from conventional golf attire, J. Lindeberg's designs include classic collared polos and skirts, alongside a selection of versatile everyday pieces such as cardigans, perfect for <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/fashion/models-embrace-off-duty-looks" target="_blank" rel="noopener">off-duty appearances</a>.

In March, Japanese sportswear brand ASICS announced the renewal of its partnership with the Australian Olympic team as it unveiled the team's uniform for this year's events. The uniforms featured green and gold apparel to symbolize the country's national colors. "Every garment in the 2024 Olympic uniform proudly showcases Australia&rsquo;s iconic green and gold colors, complemented by an Indigenous print incorporated into each piece," ASICS captioned its Instagram announcement.&nbsp;

In February, LVMH revealed that French luxury jewelry and watch brand <a href="https://www.lofficielusa.com/watches/chaumet-pierres-de-reve-collection-2019" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Chaumet</a> will be designing all the medals for both the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris this year.<span style="background-color: transparent; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit; font-style: inherit; font-variant-ligatures: inherit; font-variant-caps: inherit; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: 0px;"> The medals boast several symbols that are deeply significant to France, with the hexagon, which is emblematic of the nation, taking center stage. Additionally, the incorporation of rays magnifies the essence of France as the host nation and an homage to the athletes' remarkable performances.
"This first ever Olympic medal created by a jeweler is emblematic of LVMH&rsquo;s role as creative partner of the Olympic and Paralympic Games Paris 2024," said LVMH Image &amp; Environment head Antoine Arnault in a <a href="https://www.lvmh.com/news-documents/news/lvmh-unveils-medals-for-the-olympic-and-paralympic-games-paris-2024-goldsilverbronze-and-above-all-paris/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">release</a>. "In a close creative dialogue between Paris 2024 and Chaumet, the artisans of the Maison delved into their archives and explored powerful symbols of Olympism to imagine a medal inspired by high jewelry creations. Building on its centuries of rich history, Chaumet is writing a new page that will remain engraved in the heritage of the Maison for eternity," Arnault added.&nbsp;
