7 Emerging French Designers to Follow on Instagram
These rising designers are defining their own version of French fashion.
French fashion has been a source of style and a guide to individuals for decades. France has produced some of the most classic designers in fashion history, such as Coco Chanel, Christian Dior, Thierry Hermès, and Jean Paul Gaultier. The French have design ingrained within them, from classics such as the Tuxedo, the Little Black Dress, the Birkin bag, and ballet flats to the trench coat and red lips, which originated from the creative minds of French visionaries.
With the creation of social media, especially Instagram and TikTok, understanding fashion and finding emerging talent in the fashion industry is now easier than ever. The current fashion timeline constantly evolves, from embracing niche trends and self-confidence to allowing designers to explore ideas regardless of what other creatives produce. While the chic style of French fashion will always be around, up-and-coming French designers are creating their mark and interpreting French fashion uniquely. Here, L’OFFICIEL has found emerging French designers to follow on Instagram.
