From Naomi Campbell to Dua Lipa, the Versace Butterfly Dress is a Red Carpet Favorite

Dua Lipa wore a Versace gown to the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards that gave serious '90s vibes, and it wasn't the first time the Italian house's butterfly motif hit the red carpet.

Feeling butterflies? So is Dua Lipa, who wore a glamorous Versace dress on the 2021 Grammys Red Carpet; the shimmery gown was entirely encrusted with Swarovski crystals in a pastel palette and it featured side cutouts and a butterfly bodice. Proving that one Versace is never enough, Dua sported a long enchanting version to walk on the Red Carpet and then cut-it-short for the after-party, organized by her beau Anwar Hadid at her Los Angeles home.

Feminine, sexy, colorful, and fun, the dress paid tribute to Versace's story and to the other (fearless) girls who wore it in the past. Donatella Versace always said that her clothes are made to empower women, turning them into literal walking goddesses.

From Naomi Campbell to Christina Aguilera, three generation proved that this gown is here to stay forever.
