Cultivating conversation about "what happens next" in fashion is what Chanel is all about. In that spirit, the brand launches a new podcast series aptly named Chanel Connects, with the first seven episodes out today. The podcast features discussions between cultural leaders like designer and entrepreneur Pharrell Williams, actors Keira Knightley and Tilda Swinton, filmmakers Lulu Wang and Eliza Hittman, curator Andrew Bolton, and more.

Along with the big names come big themes–the house's guests do not hold back from typically hard to talk about topics. From ideas that reimagine creative work through technology to prioritizing cultural awareness as way to effect important social change, powerful innovative pairs dive deep in each pre-recorded episode. Expect in-depth reflections on the challenges put forth by the unique year that was 2020 and unflitered opinions on how the arts community of museums, galleries, theatre, architecture, music, and fashion can push forth in the face of 2021.

An authetic portrayal of our current COVID-compromised circumstaces, there are no fancy sets or flashing lights. The paricpating contributors connect by self-recording from their homes or studios. Some pairs have friendships preceeding their co-podcasting experinece, others that meet for the very first time on camera. Both up-and-coming talents and well-established industry insiders are represented, often resulting in highly thought-provoking considerations. Wether you're a creative professional or simply have an appreciation for the arts, the new series should spark your interest, maybe answers some questions for concern, and certainly inspire your next few conversations.

Chanel Connects is now available through Spotify, Apple, and on Chanel's website
