Right from her very first acting credit in 1994's The Mask, Cameron Diaz had mastered the art of cool girl style. At a time when we were deciding that yes, women really could have it all, Diaz had both attitude and rom-com sweetness. Her jeans were perfectly low-rise. Her heels were impossibly high.

The former model followed up her acting debut with classics such as My Best Friend's Wedding, There's Something About Mary, and the iconic Charlie's Angels film series. In movie after movie, she kicked ass, fell in love, or managed some combination of the two, and she did it all with '90s plucked eyebrows and an enviable pout.

Now, the blonde bombshell is turning 50 and it's time to take a look back at some of her best on-screen fashion looks.

"The Mask" saw Diaz in this bodycon red dress and matching knit sweater. The look is topped off with soft '90s glam and curtain bangs. Though it's been over 20 years, this look could definitely still find a place on modern street style roundups.
Diaz plays the demure fiancee in the 1977 romcom "My Best Friend's Wedding." She has a whole host of modest looks, including this adorable green dress and blue belt combo.
Diaz becomes an angel at the turn of the millenium in 2000's "Charlie's Angels" reboot. The movie is full of fun getups, but Diaz mainly sticks to a uniform of tight crop tops and low-rise pants, staples of the era.
In 2002's "The Sweetest Thing," Diaz continues her crop top and low-rise look. Here, she does it with amazing red flares and matching stiletto heels.
"The Holiday" is a classic rom-com. It's also great early 2000s fashion watching. The 2006 movie has Diaz in a variety of loud coats, one of which is this Penny Lane-esque, fur-trimmed moment.
In 2008, Diaz marries Ashton Kutcher on a drunken night in Vegas. "What Happens in Vegas" shows her off in this golden mini dress, complete with glossy gold heels.
Diaz rocks the era of red bottoms and slim black jeans in 2011's "Bad Teacher." This monochrome ensemble is only elevated by Diaz's own edgy attitude.
Diaz switches up her style for 2013's "The Counselor." She somehow manages to pull off that asymetrical bob and smoky eye shadow perfectly.
Diaz plays a (slightly) more mature fashonista in 2014's "The Other Woman." Here, she is in a red dress and, as always, stilettos.
Diaz makes a return to the big screen in 2020's "Annie" remake. She is once again given an edgier style with fishnets, tattered jean shorts, and New York style gold hoops for her portrayal of Miss Hannigan.
