Beyoncé Stuns in Couture as She Kicks Off Her Renaissance Tour
Don't even waste your time trying to compete with her — no one else in this world can think like her.
Forever she's that girl.
Beyoncé's Renaissance World Tour kicked off in Stockholm on Wednesday and to say she set the bar high would be an understatement. This is Queen Bey's first tour in five years, and she most certainly gave what needed to be given. With her Renaissance album heavily inspired by house music — a disco-inspired genre rooted in the queer community — Beyonce's performance attire was as club couture as you would expect.
Proving that she's one-of-one (as if we ever doubted it), Queen Bey took part in multiple wardrobe changes throughout the performance — all of the pieces being custom couture. She opened the night with the hit song "Dangerous in Love" as she stunned in a custom Alexander McQueen bodysuit inspired by its latest Fall/Winter 2023 collection. As the night went on, more jaw-dropping looks were unveiled such as her custom Loewe bodysuit inspired by the glove print dress from the Fall/Winter 2022 collection and the custom Coperni mini dress and metallic cape she donned as sat atop the now iconic holographic horse.
With many more tour nights to come, we can only imagine what else Queen Bey will pull out of her couture closet. Below, see all the alien superstar-worthy looks from her opening night.
