Loewe's Dadaist Fall/Winter 2022 Men's Collection

In the setting composed of white sand and colored ribbons designed by contemporary artists Joe McShea & Edgar Mosa, Jonathan Anderson presents the new Loewe creations. An unforeseen Fall/Winter 2022 men's collection, which takes up the Dadaist lexicon that is translated into a state-of-the-art men's wardrobe. Trompe l'oeil catsuit of muscular physique, t-shirt with the mirror representation of the portrait of the model wearing it and metallic applications of sink drains that fill wool coats, sweaters, and leather bags. Tight shirts and coats with bright LEDs inserted during construction enhance the hedonistic spirit of the British creative director. The masculine look also becomes sculptural with new volumes that interpret the relationship between dress and body and silhouette that reflect the Spring/Summer 2022 women's collection.

Everything coexists with Jonathan Anderson's vocabulary: furs, overcoats in PVC, colorful tops in sheer knitwear, shearling coats and hoods, and the traditional sheepskin of the Spanish Maison. For the Fall/Winter 2022 men's collection, Loewe also presents a version of the tailored suit but with a slim fit, denim trousers, and wool sweaters with frayed sleeves. Then, the accessories that finalize the looks: knitted balaclavas that frame the faces of the models, maxi shells that become bags, transparent rubber boots, and knitted straps that can be used as a styling element.
