Fendi Couture Fall 2019
Even if the Paris Couture Week has ended, some brands continue to present their collections individually. One of those brands is Fendi.
Fendi, the Italian fashion powerhouse based in Rome, debuted the Fall 2019 Haute Couture collection on the top of Colle Palatino, a prominent figure in Roman civilization history. Fendi expressed his devotion to Rome at every opportunity and restored the temples of Venus and Rome on this hill. The new fashion show, Dawn of Rome, featured 54 tracks dedicated to the 54-year collaboration between fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld and Fendi, who died in February. Created by Silvia Fendi from Karl Lagerfeld's selection of drawing archives, the collection was characterized by superior tailoring and innovative techniques.
