Moncler Launches Highly Technological Range of Perfumes
Discover the beauty of Moncler in an olfactory escape to snow-capped peaks where down jackets are the order of the day.
At the forefront of creation with Moncler Genius and its inventiveness signed by various designers, the brand collaborated with Interparfums to create its first fragrances. Several years of development were necessary to achieve the creation of an olfactory echo of the brand's signature universe. Technological and avant-garde, the two perfumes have opted for a flask shape, dressed in a shell and silver gadroons with a quilted effect. Very straight, the masculine counters the feminine with its more curvaceous shapes. High tech and innovative, the bottle features an LED screen to dress with a message, a name that will be chosen via a smartphone application. The interactive game is a fun way to personalize the bottle.
At the heart of the two fragrances vibrates a “Mountain Woods” accord, unique and exclusive to Moncler, around very cedar woody notes. It offers a feeling of space, grandeur, and overdosed amber notes to prolong the trail without forgetting the creamy softness of sandalwood.
The women's fragrance is a woody musky floral, signed by Nisrine Grillié and Quentin Bisch, imagined around a "Powdery Snow" accord echoing the sensation of powder and lightness drawn by the falling snowflakes. A citrus freshness of bergamot at the top settles on a bouquet of white flowers (jasmine and heliotrope) before the soft and sensual warmth of the "Mountain Woods" where cedar and sandalwood are expressed and continue gently with amber and a hint of voluptuous vanilla. An enveloping cocoon composition to snuggle up in, curl up in and make the sunshine on the mountain.
The masculine alternative, signed by Antoine Maisondieu and Christophe Raynaud, plays a woody aromatic facet as well. The grandeur of a mountain forest opens first with an exclusive and invigorating accord called "Alpine Green"—clary sage green, pine, and cypress resin—before sinking into the power of the “Mountain Woods” accord with overdosed dry cedar, vetiver, and the enveloping softness of sandalwood.
