Step 1: Fill in the center of the eyebrow with a brow pencil.&nbsp;

To start this '90s brow remake, take a brow pencil (we recommend the <a href="https://fave.co/3kaS4PB" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Refy Brow Pencil</a>), and thinly fill in the center of your eyebrow, from the beginning to the tail. This will be the outline for your brow shape.&nbsp;

Step 2: Extend the eyebrow tail out and up.&nbsp;

This step is optional, but it will definitely make your eyebrows appear thinner. After applying the brow pencil to the center of your eyebrow, you can extend the tail of your brow. Extend it up and out to lengthen and straighten the brow, rather than bringing the end of your eyebrow down.&nbsp;
