Sunscreen should always be part of your daily skincare routine, but it's especially important in the summer. While any SPF is good SPF, there seems to be a spike in high-end sunscreens. If you want the benefits that these high-end sunscreens offer without the price tag that goes with them, check out these must-try dupes.

Supergoop! vs Trader Joes

Supergoop's Unseen Sunscreen
Trader Joe's Daily Facial Sunscreen

Thanks to TikTok, the internet's new favorite sunscreen brand, Supergoop, has finally been duped! The weightless and scentless Unseen Sunscreen has met its match in Trader Joe's Daily Facial Sunscreen. The ingredients of the Trader Joe's $9 option are nearly identical to the $36 Supergoop best-seller.

La Roche-Posay vs Garnier

La Roche-Posay's Anthelios Sunscreen
Garnier's Ambre Solaire Super UV Sunscreen

La Roche-Posay may be a brand loved by beauty editors, but the price isn't loved by the everyday consumer. Their cult-classic Anthelios Invisible Fluid Facial Sunscreen is $34, but the Garnier Ambre Solaire dupe is only $8.

Hampton Sun vs Neutrogena

Hampton Sun Continuous Mist Sunscreen
Neutrogena Beach Defense Mist Sunscreen.

If you prefer a mist sunscreen, this one's for you. While the Hampton Sun Continuous Mist Sunscreen may have been voted "Best Spray Sunscreen" of 2022 by Good Housekeeping, the Neutrogena Beach Defense Sunscreen is almost identical in ingredients. Both are oil-free, protect against UVA and UVB rays, and are water resistant. The biggest difference? Hampton Sun's $32 price tag compared to Nuetrogena's $11 one.

La Mer vs Bobbi Brown

La Mer The Broad Spectrum SPF 50
Bobbi Brown Primer Plus Protection SPF 50

La Mer's $105 The Broad Spectrum SPF 50 Protecting Fluid's ingredients are a near exact match to the $40 Bobbi Brown Primer Plus Protection SPF 50. Both are meant to be worn under your makeup to keep you protected from UVA and UVB rays.

Sonrei vs Paula's Choice

Sonrei Sea Clearly Sunscreen
Paula's Choice Extra Care Non-Greasy Sunscreen

One of the newest trends in sunscreen is the gel formula which aims to eliminate that greasy feeling. The Sonrei Sea Clearly Gel Sunscreen does that for $35, but the Paula's Choice Extra Care Non-Greasy Sunscreen does it for $19. While the ingredients are very similar, Paula's Choice has added vitamins to keep your skin looking glowy all summer long.
