Bella Hadid Stars in the New DIORSHOW Campaign
If you've been wanting to take your makeup to supermodel levels, there's now yet another way to achieve this. To promote DIORSHOW Pump 'n' Volume HD, a new mascara by Peter Philips, Dior has enlisted its world-famous face Bella Hadid to show off her major lashes in a new video.
In the video, Hadid wears an all-black look comprising a netted beret, choker, and long dress as she poses, winks, and captivates in the new mascara. Camera flashes permeate the shots as the model knocks down studio lighting and escapes in a chic car, giving the paparazzi a knowing wink just as the window rolls up. Her confident narrative, placed alongside shots of the tube of lash magic itself, hints at the new mascara's transformative potential.
Hadid has been the face of Dior Makeup since 2017, when she fronted the campaign for DIORSHOW's original Pump 'n' Volume mascara. She's since worked with the French brand on ads for eye and lip products, a spooky Halloween video, and the recently launched Backstage line, and this latest project marks a return to the lacquer that started it all. Philips, who worked to combine volume and definition for the appearance of more lashes, could not be more excited to have the supermodel promoting his new creation.
"She really embodies the DIORSHOW woman," Peter said of Hadid in a behind-the-scenes interview. "She's got a very positive, bubbly attitude...she's an icon, but at the same time, she's very approachable."
